Our long-term experience in packaging, a wide range of machines and materials, and a well-coordinated team of qualified specialists create the ideal environment for comprehensive solutions to our customers’ packaging needs. All packaging applications are created and tested in our design centre, where unique, tailor-made packaging solutions are created by combining a wide variety of packaging materials.

V.I.C.O. System 

This is an integrated system of returnable packaging tailored to the customer's requirements. To ensure the best solution, we use OUR PACKAGING ANALYSES AND DEVELOPMENT. The V.I.C.O.® system establishes and regularly monitors priority aspects for specific packaging solutions, including product protection, packaging durability, environmental friendliness, handling and logistics, information provided, and, of course, cost-effectiveness.

As part of our comprehensive packaging services, we offer our customers JUST-IN-TIME PACKAGING DELIVERIES. This service provides customers with specific packaging when they need it and in the quantities they need. This saves customers the costs associated with maintaining stockpiles of unused packaging.

Packaging development

We have OUR OWN DESIGN CENTRE, where a team of top designers develops and tests new solutions. This allows us to produce CUSTOMISED packaging according to our customers' needs.

The project begins with a DETAILED ANALYSIS of the existing or planned product, its production, logistics process (handling, transport, storage, etc.) and any other requirements the customer may have.

When developing transport and storage packaging, we use MODERN MATERIALS that meet the highest standards of product protection and offer a number of advantages.

Packaging Design

When designing suitable packaging, we start from several important assumptions:  

•      Perfect protection against damage during handling and transport.
•      Optimal protection of sensitive, visible, and painted parts.
•      Long service life and durability of packaging.
•      Reduction of handling and transport costs.
•      Easily recyclable.

Creation process

•      In cooperation with our design centre, optimal solutions are designed, based on which packaging prototypes are produced.
•      After approval by the customer, the prototypes are subjected to practical tests.
•      Prototypes that meet the requirements and are approved by the customer are introduced into the production process.
•      The finished packaging is delivered in the quantities and on the dates specified by the customer.
•      As part of our service, the use of the packaging is constantly monitored, analysed, and improved.
