Export packaging

We provide a comprehensive solution to the logistics process, especially to companies that trade abroad and whose products require non-standard packaging and protection. We provide export packaging from the initial analysis, to product packaging and transportation. Guarantees are included as standard.

We deal with comprehensive packaging and subsequent transport in the most demanding conditions. Our packaging protects products against shocks, impacts, careless handling, climatic conditions, moisture and dust. And not just during transport, but also during long-term storage. We provide export packaging services throughout Europe.

The Export Packaging Process

The whole process, which is provided by a team of specialists, consists of several successive steps:

•      Initial ANALYSIS, where all the needs and requirements of the customer are identified, the essential parameters of the transported product are recorded and ALL POSSIBLE RISKS are assessed. The initial analysis should include information on the logistics chain, the length and method of storage at the destination and the possible repeat use of the packaging.
•      Based on the results of the analysis, a PROJECT is developed in collaboration with experts, which includes the exact packaging design and a description of the packaging and transport process.
•      The individual PACKAGING COMPONENTS are DEVELOPED based on the project.
•      The product is PROFESSIONALLY PACKAGED exactly according to the developed procedure so that it is ONE HUNDRED PER CENT PROTECTED against damage during transport and storage.
•      The packaged product is loaded and TRANSPORTED to its destination. This step is carried out in cooperation with verified business partners.
•      GUARANTEES are provided as standard.

Transport

We provide HIGH-QUALITY, RELIABLE AND SAFE TRANSPORT as part of our export packaging. Whether it is by road, rail, sea or air transport of bulky or otherwise non-standard cargo. By working exclusively with verified companies, we are able to transport any item or technological unit anywhere in the world.

As part of our services, we also provide COMPLETE EXECUTION of all the formalities related to CUSTOMS CLEARANCE of the transported goods.

Certifications and guarantees 

All the company’s activities are subject to a strict audit regime carried out by renowned TÜV Germany on the basis of the quality management certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and the environmental management certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, which TART was the first company in the industry to obtain. The superstructure of these systems is the quality control process for products and services, known as T-QUALITY. We have developed it based on the principles defined in the TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) system. 

The T-Quality management process is then part of other associated European Union standards and norms related to the production of packaging and transport of goods. These include, for example, the FAO ISPM 15 (rules for wooden packaging material in international trade) or the RoHS and REACH directives. All export packaging orders carried out by TART are INSURED against all possible risks that may occur during transport.
