Antistatic corrugated cardboard packaging

We manufacture unique antistatic (ESD, dissipative) packaging from multi-layer corrugated cardboard. To manufacture this packaging, we use a OUR OWN UNIQUE ESD MATERIAL, which dissipates unwanted electrostatic charge away from the packaged products. Our antistatic corrugated cardboard packaging has a resistance of 107 Ω/m2 or 104 Ω/m2 (depending on the material used). The advantage of ESD corrugated cardboard packaging is that it eliminates the need for additional ESD packaging (films, foam, etc.), thereby significantly REDUCING LABOUR AND PACKAGING COSTS.

We manufacture a COMPLETE RANGE of antistatic cardboard packaging from three-, five- and seven-layer corrugated cardboard for our customers, such as boxes, grids, fixings and inserts. Although it may seem that selecting the right box is no big deal, that's not the case. Corrugated cardboard boxes and packaging can vary in numerous ways.
