Plastic boxes and megaboxes

We produce PLASTIC BOXES in a wide range of designs according to our customers’ specific needs. In combination with other materials, they provide ONE HUNDRED PER CENT PROTECTION of packaged goods. In addition, plastic boxes allow easy handling and storage (stacking). A great advantage of these containers (compared to KLT boxes) is that their dimensions can be adjusted in any way.

Megaboxes

LARGE-CAPACITY FOLDABLE BOXES replacing steel containers and mesh boxes (gitterboxes). They consist of three parts: a lid, a pallet, and a foldable protective cover. Despite their low weight, megaboxes have high LOAD CAPACITY AND STRENGTH. Other advantages of this RETURNABLE PACKAGING SYSTEM include long service life, easy assembly, simple handling, and a significant reduction in volume during storage and transport of empty containers.

Mega-Box® ALPHA for transport optimisation

For the return transport of empty containers, foldable protective shells are inserted into the fully assembled crate. The remaining pallets and lids are stacked inside each other to save space. The volume of the transported cargo is reduced by 80 %.


Mega-Box® BETA for transport optimisation

The foldable protective cover is inserted between the pallet and the lid, so they remain a closed unit during transport. This reduces the volume of transported cargo by 75 % and ensures easy handling.

Mega-Box® GAMMA for optimisation at the assembly

Fixing inserts and spacers are stacked together during return transport. No costly preparation of goods for collection is then necessary at the assembly site. The volume of the transported cargo is reduced by 50 %.

Mega-Box® DELTA for transport optimisation

A suitable solution for transporting light products, e.g. in the electronics or pharmaceutical industries. The system includes a foldable protective cover and a plastic plate for fixing to the base pallet.

F - GIBOX

This is a plastic transport container that replaces metal gitterboxes.

Box JUMBO

Extremely robust and with internal dimensions compatible with other large-volume boxes. The internal dimensions are compatible with other common large-volume boxes. The advantages are high load capacity and strength, low weight, and reduced volume of transported cargo.
