Communication is the key to success

Transparent and clear communication is one of the pillars of TART’s principles. A close connection between employee and employer is essential to us. Employees are regularly informed about what is happening in the company through the company magazine, Bulletin, which is freely available in the information system and in printed form.


The company’s management properly communicates important information directly with employees during in-person meetings and discussions.


We believe in a personal approach, so communication with customers is straightforward and our sales representatives are always available. Communication is a key tool for us to build customer loyalty, strengthen relationships with stakeholders and raise awareness of sustainability in business.

Stakeholder safety

The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We create an environment where everyone feels protected and respected. We are committed to our customers to ensure that our products meet high quality standards and are safe for their intended use. We consistently monitor and respond to reports on the safety of substances in the EU so that the user is not harmed by our actions.


We design our policies and procedures to ensure health and safety in the workplace. We provide safety and prevention training and actively work to minimise the risks associated with our work practices. We also actively foster a safety culture, where every employee takes responsibility for their own and collective safety.
