MACHINE TYPES FOR HEAT SHRINK FILM PACKAGING

The machines are produced in economic designs for small and medium-size series applications (semi-automatic machines—packing capacity of up to 500–800 units/hour) and for high series applications (automatic machines—capacity up to 2,000 units/hour, special automatic machines processing up to 7,800 units/hour).

Semi-automatic chamber machines

A simple and inexpensive yet versatile chamber semi-automatic machine. Suitable for smaller product series or for bulk packing where a tunnel machine with a conveyor cannot be used, for example, during packaging of unstable products. All the common types of PO films can be used.

Semi-automatic tunnel machines

Tunnel-type in-line film machines for medium and high packaging capacities. Their packaging cycle may be set to both semi-automatic and automatic modes. Suitable for all the types of PO film. Advantages include a compact design (both the sealing part and the hot air tunnel are one unit).

Lady Pack 45 / 65 / 80 / 110

Tunnel-type wrapping machines for medium and high packaging capacities. The design allows the machine to be operated by one person, who places the products in the film and removes the packaged products from the same place. Suitable for all the types of PO film. Compact design, very space-efficient.

Machines for group packaging

Ecofard 500 / 700 / 900 / 1250 / AOL

TTunnel machines in a wide range of sizes for packaging in PE film. Suitable for packaging both individual products and groups for transport purposes. The machines are manufactured as semi-automatic or fully automatic (unattended), with various methods of product transport during the packaging cycle. The PE film forms a sleeve when sealed, which is why this type of packaging is called “sleeve wrap”.

Ecopac 500 / 650 / 800

A very simple and inexpensive sleeve wrap for working with a single roll of PE film. Suitable for smaller product series, especially for additional protection of products in plastic or cardboard packaging.

BVM Autocomp BM / BMS / SP

Sleeve wrap from the world’s leading manufacturer (BVM) in a linear or angular arrangement for group packaging of products in PE film. Available in a wide range from semi-automatic versions to fully automatic lines with a variety of above-standard equipment. The SP model utilises the elastic properties of PE film, allowing for secure fixation of product groups without heat shrinkage.

BVM Mailmaster

Special BVM machine for high-speed packaging of printed materials without heat shrinkage. Suitable for fully automatic operations, with the option of adding a wide range of accessories, in particular automatic feeding mechanisms. BVM Traypacker

A special BVM machine for preparing cardboard trays, automatic filling and, if necessary, sealing. Designed for use in fully automatic lines, especially in the canning industry. BVM technology guarantees maximum reliability and exceptional equipment performance. It is usually supplemented with a sleeve wrap machine (BM or BMS), which wraps the tray filled with products in PE film and then heat shrinks it into a compact package.
