Sealing machines

Advantages and parameters of machine sealing:

•      SPEED of sealing the box with self-adhesive tape.

•      It is possible to SIMULTANEOUSLY SEAL TWO SIDES (top and bottom), thus eliminating the need for preliminary sealing of the bottom flaps.
•      The process can be AUTOMATED (by integration of sealing machines into automatic lines).
•      QUALITY of sealing and the visual appearance of the sealed box.

A prerequisite for the use of sealing machines is that the sealed joint must be in the middle of the slotted box. Furthermore, the height and width of the cardboard boxes must correspond to the dimensional limits of the sealing machines.

We supply simple SEMI-AUTOMATIC AND UNATTENDED AUTOMATIC MACHINES for transport and packaging lines. Sealing machines are advantageously combined in automatic lines with other methods of securing goods in cardboard boxes, in particular with the application of PP binding straps or additional wrapping with heat-shrinkable PE film.

Of course, we also offer the option of supplying consumables—self-adhesive tapes (transparent, coloured, printed with a company logo or supplier information).
