Strapping machines

Strapping packaging machines are used in a wide range of applications, from SECURING CARDBOARD BOXES, to various forms of GROUPING PRODUCTS, to the demanding application of binding straps for FIXING GOODS ON A PALLET. Typically, PP (polypropylene) and PET (polyester) STRAPS are used on strapping machines, which can also replace steel binding straps in most cases.

ADVANTAGES OF USING A PLASTIC BINDING STRAP MACHINE

Goods securely enclosed in cardboard packaging.
Fixation of goods on a pallet when stretch film cannot be used (e.g. due to the goods getting wet under the film).

FROMM P318 A P328

High-quality manual battery operated strapping machines with high strapping force (P328 up to 2,400 N). The application of high-strength binding straps can successfully replace steel ties.

TP-202

The best-selling wrapping machine in this category. Very cost-effective yet reliable, robust benchtop strapping machine for strapping boxes (e.g. postal packaging) and other items (bundles of printed materials, newspaper packages, etc.). It is simple to operate, with no special maintenance requirements. Suitable for small and medium packaging batches.

TP-202 MH

Simple, semi-automatic machine for horizontal strapping. Suitable for strapping goods on pallets with PP straps. Available in mains- or battery-powered versions. The machine is mobile, with rolling wheels.

TP-202 MV

Semi-automatic packaging machines for vertical strapping. PP straps can be used (TP-202MV). Machines are suitable for smaller batches. Possibility of battery power supply (TP-202MVB), with the advantage of machine mobility.

OR60

The OR60 automatic strapping machine is designed for horizontal strapping of palletised products. The machine is equipped with a sliding strapping head and a centring device that pushes the packaged products together. The OR60 strapping machine performs one or more strapping operations on a pallet. The advantage of this strapping machine is that it does not need pressurised air to operate.

VR80

The VR80 strapping machine is designed for vertical strapping of palletised products of various sizes. The machine is equipped with the patented MS500 strapping head and uses a top strapping system. This strapping machine is particularly applicable where sealing on the side wall of the pallet cannot be used.
