FOR AUTOMATED PRODUCTION PROCESSES, WE OFFER COMPLETE PACKAGING LINES FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES:

Packaging goods on pallets in stretch film,

For each specific purpose, our specialists design the optimal configuration of equipment, including transport routes and handling systems, control and safety elements. The packaging line project is always accompanied by the necessary drawings and diagrams.

Packaging machines in our lines are often supplemented with palletising or de-palletising robots, storage, stacking, and tilting machines, group formers, and labelling technology (label applicators, inkjet technology, etc.).

A Declaration of Conformity is always issued as standard in accordance with current legislation.

AUTOMATIC BVM PACKAGING LINE WITH COMPACTA GENIUS SERVO MACHINE FOR HIGH-CAPACITY PACKAGING

The line consists of an input conveyor with automatic feeders with hoppers, its own packaging equipment, a tunnel for heat shrinking the film, and a system of interconnected output tracks for convenient removal of packaged products. The line can be supplemented with equipment for marking packaged products using inkjet technology.

The packaging line can be adapted to package various products, e.g.: CDs, DVDs, printed products, etc., packaged individually or in groups. Automatic feeding systems allow multiple types of products to be combined in one package.
