Box folding machines

Forming machines are used to AUTOMATICALLY FOLD SLOTTED BOXES into a three-dimensional shape. These machines are also part of automatic lines and FULLY REPLACE HUMAN LABOUR. The machine takes a slotted box from the magazine, forms it into a three-dimensional shape, and applies adhesive tape or a suitable adhesive to the bottom flaps. The prepared box is moved by conveyor for filling, and after filling, it can be automatically sealed using a sealing machine.

F105 SEMI-AUTOMATIC FOLDING MACHINE FOR FOLDING BOXES

The simple, semi-automatic F105 machine is used for automatic folding of slotted boxes, saving up to 50 % of working time. The operator inserts the unfolded boxes manually, the machine automatically folds the bottom flaps, and the box is ready for filling. For the next step, a sealing machine can be used to seal the top and bottom flaps of the box after they have been folded manually.

PS50-TB SEMI-AUTOMATIC FOLDING MACHINE FOR FOLDING BOXES

The simple, semi-automatic PS50-TB machine is used for folding slotted boxes, saving up to 70 % of working time. Before starting the process, the machine must first be manually set to the specific box size. The operator then manually inserts the unfolded boxes. The machine automatically folds the bottom flaps of the box and prepares it for filling by the operator. After filling, the operator manually folds the top flaps and presses a switch to send the box for sealing with adhesive tape (bottom and top flaps).
