WE PRODUCE POLYETHYLENE (PE) FILMS, which have a wide range of applications in fixing and especially protecting goods from moisture, dirt and scratches.

Polyethylene films are very DURABLE, FLEXIBLE AND HYGIENIC. They retain their properties over a wide temperature range (+85 to -70 °C).

With the help of top know-how and a wide range of production technologies, we can offer an almost INFINITE RANGE OF FILMS for all possible applications. Films of different sizes, shapes and properties.

Multiple layers = higher quality

We mainly produce MULTI-LAYER PE FILMS, which have much BETTER MECHANICAL PROPERTIES than conventional single-layer films due to their unique composition at a lower thickness. This increases the added value of the packaging while reducing its quantity.

We take ecology seriously

All our PE films are FULLY RECYCLABLE. And we also produce the films from recycled materials. Our recycled REPROTECT films are excellent protective packaging and also contribute to sustainable development.

PE film range

The basic parameters of PE film are SHAPE, DIMENSIONS AND PROPERTIES/FEATURES. There is a plethora of different combinations and each specific film has its own application.

Film shape

Blown film is always primarily tubular (with or without folds). The final packaging material is then produced from this semi-finished product. Based on the shapes, we produce the following range of films:

SEMI-TUBULAR WITH A FOLD
FOLDED TUBULAR WITH A CUT IN THE MIDDLE OR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOLD

Film dimensions - thickness and width

The tubular THICKNESS (film) is determined by the production technology and ranges from 18–300 mm. As a general rule, the larger the tubular diameter, the smaller its thickness.

THINNER FILMS (18–40 μm) are suitable for packaging on automatic machines, bag production or less demanding manual packaging.

THICKER FILMS (80–200 µm) are ideal for large group packaging with higher strength requirements or for the production of rigid bags or cover films.

The WIDTH of the film is determined by the capabilities of the production technology. There may be a difference between the roll width and the resulting film width. In fact, the film can be folded on the roll and the resulting width can be more than twice as wide. We produce TUBULAR WIDTHS OF 150–2,900 mm, with the resultant width of the unfolded film being a maximum of 6,200 mm. The minimum width of the flat film is 50 mm.

Film features

Thanks to our high-tech equipment and numerous years of experience in the production of PE films, we are able to develop and produce films for our customers exactly according to their wishes and needs. These modifications further enhance the protective properties of the films and their added value. Such modifications include:

heat-shrinkable (when wrapping, the film is fixed tightly around the product by heat)
sliding/non-sliding (modification of the intensity of surface friction)
colour (by adding dye, the film can be coloured with different intensities)
print (thermal transfer or printing with up to 6 colours)
perforation (micro-perforations, vent holes or transverse perforations for tearing)
ionization (preparation of the film for printing)
UV stabilization (improvement of the film’s resistance to UV radiation = increased service life)
corrosion protection (the film contains corrosion inhibitors, which protect the packaged product from rust)
antistatic protection (the film prevents the transfer of static charge))
antiblock (the film does not stick to itself)
self-extinguishing (the film contains flame retardant)

Using any type of film, WE CAN ALSO PRODUCE READY-MADE PRODUCTS (bags, sacks, sheets, etc.) according to the customer’s wishes and needs.

READY-MADE PRODUCTS — SHEETS, BAGS, SACKS...

We manufacture film rolls, as well as bags, sacks, and sheets according to the customer's requirements. We manufacture products in a wide range of sizes and parameters. Just like the films. Ready-made products can be clear, coloured or printed, made of various materials and with different additives.

Bags and sacks

A sack or bag always has AT LEAST ONE SEAM, the location of which is important for the application of the bag or sack.

The FILM PRODUCTION DIRECTION is also important, as the film normally exhibits different properties in and perpendicular to the direction of production. These are mainly strength, flexibility and shrinkage. The thinner the film, the greater the difference can be.

width: 150 - 1800 mm
length: 200 - 9999 mm
thickness: 25 - 200 µm

All bag and sack types can have the same treatments as the films, i.e. PRINTING, PERFORATION, ANTICORROSION OR ANTISTATIC TREATMENT, etc.

ZIP storage bags

Quick-closing or zip storage bags are popular packaging for small and large items. Thanks to the special groove, you can OPEN AND CLOSE them repeatedly. These bags can feature cut-outs.

Sheets

We produce sheets from flat film, as well as semi-tubular and tubular. They can be either loose or in rolls (separated by perforations).
