Paper packaging made of vacuum-formed cardboard is an IDEAL PROTECTIVE MEASURE with a number of advantages. It is strong, flexible, and excellent at absorbing shocks and vibrations. It is also flexible, which means that we can make packaging for almost anything from vacuum-formed cardboard.
Another major advantage of this packaging is that it MEETS THE STRICTEST ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS. Production is completely waste-free (including water circulation). The raw material for production comes from recycled materials (technological waste from our cardboard production, collected paper, used cardboard boxes, etc.).
The packaging itself is 100 % recyclable at the end of its life, or it biodegrades without leaving a negative impact on the environment.
We use vacuum-formed cardboard to produce SHAPED CUT-OUTS, FIXINGS, PROTECTIVE ELEMENTS, AND PAPER PALLETS.

The properties of vacuum-formed cardboard make it an ideal material for the production of shaped cut-outs, fixings, and other protective packaging elements. These packages have deformation zones and are excellent at absorbing any impacts. Thanks to their specific design, they perfectly secure goods in the box (or other outer packaging) and fill empty space.

Paper pallets
Paper packaging made of vacuum-formed cardboard is an ideal protective measure with a number of advantages. It is strong, flexible, and excellent at absorbing shocks and vibrations. It is also flexible, which means that we can make packaging for almost anything from vacuum-formed cardboard.
Empty pallets made of vacuum-formed cardboard are VERY LIGHT (approx. 2–3 kg) and very easy to handle. Thanks to their shape, paper pallets are also easy to stack and do not take up unnecessary space. Despite their low weight, pallets made of vacuum-formed cardboard have sufficient LOAD CAPACITY (UP TO 300 KG). The pallets’ resistance to moisture is ensured by HYDROPHOBIC TREATMENT.
Vacuum-formed cardboard pallets are ideal for single use. They are mainly used by manufacturers of light products, online shops, logistics companies, etc. Another big advantage is that they are easy to recycle.
We offer TWO TYPES OF PALLETS AS STANDARD - 1,200 × 800 mm and 800 × 600 mm.
