Fillings and fixings

We offer special FIXATIONS AND FILLINGS used in box packaging to PROTECT PACKAGED PRODUCTS against impact and damage, especially during transport and handling. The FILL-AIR, NEWAIR, and RAPIDFILL systems create AIR CUSHIONS of various shapes and sizes. Korrvu fixing membranes consist of a highly stretchable film that is glued to the cardboard with a special adhesive. Fragile products are securely fixed to the cardboard with the film (a non-slip elastic membrane). Products can also be protected using CRUSHED PAPER from the FASFIL or PROPAD systems.

Paper fillings and fixings

Paper is an excellent protective material when packing shipments in cardboard boxes. Simply crumple it thoroughly in our FasFil® and ProPad® systems. The resulting paper fillings and fixings provide excellent protection for the packaged product, prevent it from moving around in the box, and fill empty space. Paper fillings and fixings are also suitable for packaging heavy products.
