Air films, cushions, or pockets are a very effective packaging material with a number of advantages. Using them is FAST, VERSATILE, AND VERY EFFECTIVE. They save storage space. And they are also very ECO-FRIENDLY because the main material of these packaging materials is air.
These packaging materials fill the empty space in the outer packaging, most often cardboard boxes, and secure the product inside. Fill-Air® RocketTM - air cushion system
Using the special Fill-Air® RocketTM machine, customers can create air cushions of the desired size from a continuous roll of PE film. These cushions are inserted into the free space in the box around the packaged item. Air cushions prevent the product from moving inside the box and ensure its safe transport. The system allows you to store huge amounts of packaging material without requiring a lot of storage space.

Cushion sizes:
The Fill-Air® RocketTM system is available in THREE WIDTHS (200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm) and can be adapted to TWO DIFFERENT FILLING LENGTHS (130 mm and 200 mm), creating six different filling sizes.
Bubble Wrap® universal air system
This universal inflation system can use more than 80 TYPES OF FILM to produce BUBBLE WRAP, AIR CUSHIONS OR POCKETS.
The system’s intelligent technology automatically detects and configures the machine to the correct sealing temperature, air flow, and pressure based on the material inserted—no programming or training is required. It is simple and easy. The Bubble Wrap® system produces filling at speeds of up to 24 m/s. It can even produce enough filling for large online shops. Various system installation options allow you to create a more efficient packaging workplace and save space—table, wall, or floor stands with a rewinder are available.
BUBBLE WRAP® FILM PARAMETERS:
The film is available in widths of 400 and 800 mm. When inflated, the bubbles reach a height of 6 or 13 mm. Perforation is either 16 or 32 cm. There are 1,006 running metres of film on one roll.
100% compostable Lufti Envira
Lufti Envira air cushions are made from fully renewable resources, are 100 % compostable, and decompose into biomass at the end of their life (they do not contain microplastics). Although they are ECOLOGICALLY DEGRADABLE, the air cushions are VERY STRONG AND DURABLE.
The Lufti system is an excellent aid for packing shipments. With Lufti Envira air cushions, you can quickly and reliably secure your goods while filling empty space in the box.
Working with the Lufti system is very easy. Just plug it in, attach the film, and turn it on. The machine automatically inflates and seals the film, creating a strip of cushions. You can either preset how many cushions you need or simply stop the machine. The individual inflated cushions are easily separable thanks to the perforations, so you can tear off exactly as many as you need.
The dimensions of the film for the production of cushions are 200 mm wide and contain 2,500 cushions, which measure 180 x 180 mm when inflated.
