How to compost ENVIRA bags and sacks?

ENVIRA compostable packaging can be FILLED with almost any kind of BIOLOGICAL GARDEN WASTE (leaves, grass, weeds, sawdust, hay, straw, etc.)

The filled sacks just need to be covered or interspersed with organic matter (compost) in the compost to DECOMPOSE THE BAGS QUICKER.

If the sacks are left on the surface of the compost, the decomposition process is slowed down (only the part lying on the compost is decomposing).

THE MOST COMMON AND RECOMMENDED BAG SIZES

•      200 mm x 300 mm (dog poo bag) 
•      200 mm x 300 mm (2 l bag for snacks or food scraps) 
•      440 mm x 420 mm (10 l household food waste bag) 
•      400 mm x 600 mm (20 l bag for larger quantities of waste or as a bin liner)

RECOMMENDED BAG SIZE

•  700 mm x 1100 mm (120 l)

CARRIER BAG SIZE

• 240 + (2x100) x 500 mm (10 l carrier bag)
