Foam Filling Instapak

  • 02 Packaging into the INSTAPAK Polyurethane Foam

  • Safe method of the packaging of products protecting against shocks and impacts during handling and transportation.
  • Perfect protection of products against shocks and vibrations during transportation, using the minimum amount of materials.
  • Applications in the packaging of glassware, porcelains, artistic works, antiquities, musical instruments, sanitary ceramics, computers, sensitive instruments, pieces of furniture, and sets of fragile products in one box.

Principle of Packaging into Polyurethane Foam

  1. Quick, simple, and universal method of the packaging of products by means of self-expanding polyurethane foam on the bases of the patented technology of Sealed Air Corporation.
  2. PUR foam injected into special bags expands, flows around the product and fills the void space in the box where the product is placed, and hardens.
  3. After application into the space to be filled, the Instapak PUR foam volume increases up to 280 times the volume of the initial liquid.
  4. Foam stored in two 210 litre barrels is an equivalent of the camion loading capacity.
  5. The Instapak polyurethane foam guarantees creating perfect filling of various shapes for a wide range of products.
  6. The customer receives the product that has not been damaged during shipping and handling and is packaged in the shapely, professional package of a very low weight.
