• FIXING HAND STRETCH FILM (T-FLEX)

For fixing goods in small output packaging processes and for the packaging of single products or products of atypical shapes. Roll weights, mechanical properties, and film sizes are adapted to manual handling. Various types of hand-operated unwinders for fixing films are available.

• FIXING MACHINE STRETCH FILM (T-FLEX)

For applications in large output packaging processes using special stretch wrapping machines. The features of the fixing machine stretch films are long lengths and high stretchability, which can be used optimally by stretch wrapping machines.

Fixing Film Stretchability

Fixing films are manufactured in three versions according to stretchability (e.g. stretchability 150% means that 1m of film can be stretched by up to 150%, i.e. to 2.5m).

Fixing Machine Films Specification (T-FLEX)

• METALLOCEN FIXING FILM (T-FLEX M) - MACHINE PACKAGING

High-quality film made from low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with the high grade adhesive - Metallocen. It provides a unique increase in strength also when the film is highly stretched. It is used for packaging in high-capacity lines or for the complicated transportation of packaged products. High tear resistance.

• DUOLEN FIXING STRETCH FILM

The features of Duolen films are mainly high transparency, very good adhesive properties, low noisiness in unwinding, and absolute smoothness on the outside. Duolen films are manufactured from co-extruded polyethylene that combines the positives of standard stretch films and the excellent properties of blown films, such as excellent pallet packaging, high tear resistance, and high stretchability.

• Three versions of stretchabilities - up to 200%, up to 280%, and up to 300%. Thicknesses from 10 to 100µm.
• Pre-stretched blown film of a thickness of up to 7µm is available. Its positives include improved adhesion and good tear resistance.
• A novelty is a blown film with reinforced double edges. A film tears relatively seldom in its centre. In 90% of cases the film tears in the edges due to insufficient cutting during the manufacture or due to damage to the film edges caused by mishandling before or during packaging. The blown film with doubled edges tears minimally, film unwinding is very easy and silent. This is an optimal solution for high-speed unwinders.
• Options are for example a coloured version, UV stability, and perforation.

• CLEVER FIXING STRETCH FILM

Our 9µm ultrathin stretch film guarantees a high quality and better mechanical properties than standard types of stretch films. High-level technologies in the manufacture of ultrathin films guarantee high impact or tear resistance without a decrease in film stretchability. Thanks to the mentioned strength and properties the film is very easy to apply.

• Low thickness provides a reduction in material consumption during packaging of up to 50% compared to other types of films available as standard.

• MESHED FILM

Meshed fixing films are the best solution for the packaging of such goods that require not only to be fixed, but also air permeability by reason of the bad evaporation of water vapours, inherent moisture, or overheating. Due to air circulation it prevents food going to the bad or drying up, maintains a stable temperature inside the packed pallet, crates, or boxes. Ease of application is one of other meshed film benefits. The lower total weight of the film against the standard film can provide high saving in terms of prices.

• Film for manual and machine packaging.
• Thicknesses available: 5µm (stretchability up to 30%), 9µm (stretchability up to 60%). 11µm (stretchability up to 150%), and 15µm (stretchability up to 300%).

• TOP FILMS

Top films are used for covering the tops of the pallets when fixed with the stretch films. The goods are protected against moisture, dust, and mechanical damage.
